Northview Elementary is a thriving school community that serves approximately 550 students in preschool t0 sixth grade. Staff members are highly committed to supporting all students in reaching their maximum potential, socially, emotionally and academically; many of whom hold advanced degrees. The academic programming provided to each "Warrior" is specifically tailored to meet students' individual needs. The staff uses a variety of formative assessments to inform their instructional practices and write in-depth academic "prescriptions" for students who need additional support. In an attempt to close the growing achievement gap, students receive instruction based on their individual achievement level, guaranteeing success for all. Our "Warriors" are empowered and are given a voice and choice that allows them to participate and take ownership of their academic career.
